This is our first time to be in Cagayan and unfortunately, not impressed with our stay in the hotel! Late check in after 5 without notifying us that there is a delay. Reception area too chaotic at time of check in. Air conditioner wasn’t the great in our first room then we were transferred to another room which was great though a hassle. Then there is the towel issue … no bath mat!!! The water was just enough to take the cold edge otherwise too cold! The neighbours ( next door guests… too loud and no regard for others guests!!! ) The toilet and other facilities obvious wear and tear plus smells of sewage!!! Staff only acknowledge s when being spoken first otherwise okay ! Location - too close to public markets!!! The elevator … too smelly of marang or other unpleasant smell! If you have enough money I highly recommend to go to other hotel

Food is good, bathroom are clean, they have sleepers,good customers service.

The place is clean. The staffs are friendly, courteous, and accommodating.

It is not that I don't like it. However, it took a while before our telephone room got repaired. It was fixed the moment we checked out.

الاستقبال و حارس الأمن كانوا متعاونين معي جدا خاصة في إرشادي

لا انصح به ، وخاصة للعرب لعدم النظافة و كل خدمة إضافية لو النظافة يلزمك دفع مبلغ مبالغ به إضافي للنظافة او تغير مفارش السرير لا تغير الا بمبلغ مالي حيث انني أقمت عندهم ٦ ايام التغير على حسابي ، عدم النظافة ، مطلع على الشارع حيث الإزعاج جدا طليلة الْيَوْمَ سواء صباحا او مساءا اخيراً اخي الكريم لا تنخدع بالصور في الموقع اقل منها ٦٠٪؜

The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was very noisy and busy. Loud music eas blaring into the street. This information should be on your website. Also, on arrival they could not find my booking and they put me in a room with two single beds. I requested a double bed.

- We got the Executive Room and it was a bit spacious for me and my mom. - The staff were nice except the Receptionists.

- Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist was hesitant to give my mom, who is a senior citizen, a 20% senior citizen's discount. - The surrounding of the hotel at night was dark and crowded as there were vendors on the streets. - The hotel doesn't have a bidet in their toilet. - No room slippers were given even if we requested for it in advance. - There were only 2 pillows in the executive room, when we had 2 single beds. One for me and one for my mom. Like, where's the comfortability in that?! We had to add 2 more pillows for 30pesos each!!! - They were still using the traditional key to open the room. Not very safe. - The mattress was hard. Wasn't able to sleep well.

I like to room and the beds... very comfy. One family fits all. Very spacious. I definitely recommend this for family. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Only the air conditioning in our room was not cold enough.

The housekeeping is great. They will immediately clean the room upon request. The breakfast and lunch was also great.

We had our seminar in Ballroom B and we are always distracted with the noise coming from Ballroom A. We cannot concentrate in the seminar because of the noise. Even in our own room, we can hear the sounds coming from the lobby or from the other room. Imagine if the guests next room are newlyweds and having their honeymoon, that will be awkward for us. For a Two Star Hotel, they failed to make their rooms and conference halls sound proof. Wifi signal is not stable. Since they only have one router for ground floor, for the conference halls, and for the guest rooms, the wifi signal is weak and sometimes it will be disconnected.

dusty carpets, elevator wasn't functioning due to repairs made downstairs, we had to climb up a long flight of stairs which was inconvenient for myself and my mom.

Location was ok as I had meetings nearby. Food was good for breakfast and staff friendly and helpful

Wifi was so slow and for a business hotel i was extremely disappointed.

Staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Its close to everything and a great value for your money.

Shower area is not draining quick enough.
