Unfortunate that experience

Reasonable price

This is our first time to be in Cagayan and unfortunately, not impressed with our stay in the hotel! Late check in after 5 without notifying us that there is a delay. Reception area too chaotic at time of check in. Air conditioner wasn’t the great in our first room then we were transferred to another room which was great though a hassle. Then there is the towel issue … no bath mat!!! The water was just enough to take the cold edge otherwise too cold! The neighbours ( next door guests… too loud and no regard for others guests!!! ) The toilet and other facilities obvious wear and tear plus smells of sewage!!! Staff only acknowledge s when being spoken first otherwise okay ! Location - too close to public markets!!! The elevator … too smelly of marang or other unpleasant smell! If you have enough money I highly recommend to go to other hotel

Our stay is great

The place is clean. The staffs are friendly, courteous, and accommodating.

It is not that I don't like it. However, it took a while before our telephone room got repaired. It was fixed the moment we checked out.

Disappointing

Close to shopping malls and walking distance to downtown,

Poor WIFI, noise outside the lobby, The maintenance staff are more friendly than the front desk and counter attendant.

I love my stay here and only wish to have a buffet breakfast.

It could have been better if breakfast was buffet. I am happy with the food though

The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was very noisy and busy. Loud music eas blaring into the street. This information should be on your website. Also, on arrival they could not find my booking and they put me in a room with two single beds. I requested a double bed.

- We got the Executive Room and it was a bit spacious for me and my mom. - The staff were nice except the Receptionists.

- Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist was hesitant to give my mom, who is a senior citizen, a 20% senior citizen's discount. - The surrounding of the hotel at night was dark and crowded as there were vendors on the streets. - The hotel doesn't have a bidet in their toilet. - No room slippers were given even if we requested for it in advance. - There were only 2 pillows in the executive room, when we had 2 single beds. One for me and one for my mom. Like, where's the comfortability in that?! We had to add 2 more pillows for 30pesos each!!! - They were still using the traditional key to open the room. Not very safe. - The mattress was hard. Wasn't able to sleep well.

I like to room and the beds... very comfy. One family fits all. Very spacious. I definitely recommend this for family. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Only the air conditioning in our room was not cold enough.

The housekeeping is great. They will immediately clean the room upon request. The breakfast and lunch was also great.

We had our seminar in Ballroom B and we are always distracted with the noise coming from Ballroom A. We cannot concentrate in the seminar because of the noise. Even in our own room, we can hear the sounds coming from the lobby or from the other room. Imagine if the guests next room are newlyweds and having their honeymoon, that will be awkward for us. For a Two Star Hotel, they failed to make their rooms and conference halls sound proof. Wifi signal is not stable. Since they only have one router for ground floor, for the conference halls, and for the guest rooms, the wifi signal is weak and sometimes it will be disconnected.

Nothing...

The rooms was dirty, the dresser was sticky from food leftovers, the linens smells like it was not replaced, there were hair balls on the floor. The shower’s water pressure is so weak that you have yourself 2 inches from the wall to shower. Hot water would only be felt after 5 minutes after opening the shower valve. On the second day, I left the room key at the reception and asked for my room to be cleaned, but upon my return in the evening, the room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced and everything was left untouched. The second night was even worse, my room was on the third floor and there were preparations on the next floor for a function the next day and they were pulling the tables to it’s place making scratching noise on the floor. I called up the reception to complain about this to no avail, it stopped 2AM. I skipped breakfast the first day, but availed it on the second day, I ordered corned beef meal, I was served with cold corned beef, the egg was swimming in oil, and the spoon and fork was wrapped in tissue and was placed on the plate beside the food. The parking area was reeking with urine smell.

Rooms have no window, no hot water, some cockroaches, receptionists have very cold attitude they even don’t say hello... The location is very dirty. The name of this hotel it’s a big joke!

A nice place to stay if you don’t have any option. Building is already old. The price is not cheap but not too high. If you need bed and bath this is OK. No breakfast came with the package.

The building is almost near the market. You feel not safe when walking the streets.
